This four-volume collection is the author’s subjective guidebook to Poland, an ideal present for anyone with the slightest interest in the country, even those who live in Poland! We have so much to gain from sharing the need to re-discover forgotten places, as well asS those secret areas which are hard to find but ultimately worth the effort.

There are many rare and interesting places in Poland. Take Dolny Śląsk, for instance, with its many castles and palaces. It only requires one winter weekend away to convince yourself of the beauty of this land.

The new edition of Pea & Cabbage divides the country into four volumes, featuring larger and clearer maps, a new look, additional chapters with details of the author’s travels during the last couple of years, up-to-date travel information, and additional notes on festivals in each region covered in the previous four volumes.
