The world of straight graphic forms is much more varied than we think. Graphic art is not just about classic designs found in museums and galleries. Neither is it simply a question of complicated techniques such as engraving, block printing, wood engraving, and lithography. Graphic art can also be found in countless colourful magazine publications and eye-catching posters on city billboards. Graphic art takes a role in commerce through the hundreds of products that use aesthetically pleasing packaging. Graphic design can be seen in enticing street advertisements, on TV, and on the Internet. It also comes into play with postage stamps and even money – through the coins and notes that feature images of Polish kings. We normally don’t take into consideration the hundreds of talented graphic artists who inform our everyday reality, and yet these images often inspire our tastes and can stir our emotions.

Their conversations form sincere, and often intimate discussions of topics such as the types of workshop secrets that are hard to discover in museums and encyclopedias…and, above all, the topic of life, dripping with ideas and full pictures.
